Paul and Sarina Watson from “Wats-on The Menu Catering”, are both Port Stephens locals and experienced chef and front of house managers.
Easter weekend! Paul and Sarina will be serving up their usual tasty meals this Easter.
Opening times for Easter:
- Good Friday Noon – 930pm
- Easter Saturday 730am – 6pm
- Easter Sunday 9am – 6pm
- Easter Monday 9am – 6pm

Here’s a little bit about them!
With a combined 37 years’ experience in hospitality, both front and back of house, Paul and Sarina are looking forward to providing the members and guests of Horizons a new and exciting dining experience encompassed with friendly service, consistent products and value for money.
Paul has worked up and down the east coast of Australia with chefs from all over the world and has gained a vast culinary experience. From the kitchens of the Grand Hyatt, Radisson resorts, MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) to managing small fine dining restaurants, cafes and catering companies.
Sarina has worked in fine dining restaurants, bars, function centres, small and large cafes and recently set up a brand-new bar and dining area in Nelson Bay. She also worked at Nelson Bay Golf Club with the re-opening of the brand new club house.
